- Is this the official Seedance website?
- No — and we say so plainly, unlike many lookalike sites. VidModelHub is an independent service that will provide access to Seedance 2.5 through licensed API providers. Official access is via ByteDance's Jimeng/Dreamina apps and Volcano Engine.
- When can I generate here?
- The day the Seedance 2.5 API becomes publicly available — expected late July to early August 2026. Waitlist members get one email at that moment, with our measured cost test attached.
- What does it cost?
- Your first generation is free (720p, watermarked). After that, one-time credit packs — $6.90 for 10 credits or $19.90 for 40 credits, via PayPal. A 5-second clip costs 2 credits, a 10-second clip 4 credits. No subscription, no auto-renewal, credits don't expire monthly.
- What happens if my generation fails?
- Credits are refunded automatically — every failed generation, no support ticket required. Generation models fail sometimes; you shouldn't pay for it.
- Do I need an account?
- No account system. Your free generation works instantly; paid credits are linked to your email via a magic link after PayPal checkout.
